Shipping Information
Orders need to be placed before 5pm Monday-Thursday to be eligible for Next Day Delivery.
If you choose a weekend delivery method, your order must be placed before 5pm on the Friday to ensure delivery.
All delivery methods do not consider bank holidays or weekends, please take this into account.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer a hassle-free returns process that follows the guidelines outlined below:
1. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate the return process, register the return via our returns portal here.Simply input your order number, or channel reference number if looking at your physical paper invoice (please make sure to include the '#'), your email address and select the item(s) you are wanting to return.
Whilst there is no initial fee to register your return, £3.25 will be deducted from your refund when processed
2. Once you’ve logged the return on our portal, you have an additional 14 days to return the items to us. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, have no smell of scent and in the original packaging with ribbons and tags attached. If your return is not received within these following 14 days, we can only offer store credit
3. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at our HQ. Please note that the refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless this is received outside of our returns timeframe or if you have purchased items from our Final Call or Summer Sale section.
